Arash is a heroic archer of Iranian folklore. Guided by his friends, Arash is trekking across Toronto in search of the perfect stage to hold the Tirgan Festival; a colorful celebration of Arash’s legend, expressed through music, dance, theatre, film, visual arts, literature, youth activities, crafts and cuisine.
